This 75-foot aluminum houseboat was built in 2006 and is powered by twin 260-horsepower gasoline V8 engines with Bravo II outdrives. The boat features a two-cabin main level plus an additional two private staterooms, all appointed with queen-size mattresses and entertainment systems. Two full bathrooms serve the accommodations, each with quality fixtures and separate showers.

The galley is extensively equipped for entertaining, with dual 18-cubic-foot side-by-side refrigerators, a full-size gas range and oven, built-in microwave, gas cooktop, trash compactor, and full dishwasher. Solid maple cabinetry and solid surface countertops provide durable work surfaces. The main living area includes a sectional leather sofa, a recliner, and entertainment centered around a 40-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound and a six-disc CD changer.

Deck spaces are generous, with a 24-foot hard party top featuring rope lighting, a separate bimini top over the helm area, an upper bar with beverage refrigeration, and an outdoor hot and cold shower on the rear deck. Below-deck systems include twin 17-gallon water heaters, a 320-gallon waste tank, 800-gallon fuel capacity, water purification, and a 3000-watt inverter backed by 24 batteries. A new 20-kilowatt Westerbeke generator was recently installed, and the boat features a 3.5-ton heat pump and central air conditioning. Additional amenities include a slide from the upper deck with 12-volt lake pump, a roof davit capable of hoisting a three-person jet ski, windlass winch system, automatic halon fire extinguisher, and satellite TV with auto-track capability.
