2006 Tiara Yachts 2900 Coronet

The 2006 Tiara Yachts 2900 Coronet is a 29-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin Crusader 6.0L MPI gasoline engines rated at 370 hp each, with approximately 1200 hours on the clock. The boat cruises at 19 knots and has spent its entire operational life in fresh water on Lake Washington. It features bow and stern thrusters, FLIR thermal imaging, a Garmin 7000 chartplotter, and Glendinning control systems. The helm is outfitted with a Garmin compass and depth sounder, along with an AM/FM stereo with CD player and iPod/MP3 connectivity.

Below deck, sleeping accommodations sleep two, with a single head featuring manual flush, vanity, and sink. The convertible top with side windows and slant back rear was replaced in 2023. Fresh and raw water washdown systems are installed throughout. The windlass anchor system is included.

The cockpit is notably flexible for mixed use. Removable L-shaped settees are mounted to pins in each transom corner, and a removable U-shaped seating configuration converts the space for cruising or fishing. Soft coaming pads, rod holders, and a centerline transom door complete the layout. Numerous handrails are positioned throughout—over the Bimini, forward by the windscreen, on the swim platform, and elsewhere—enhancing safety and ease of movement.

The boat's inboard configuration allows year-round water storage and superior docking characteristics. It is stable enough for families and capable in moderate seas, while remaining straightforward to maintain and operate.
