2006 Tiara Yachts 4300 Sovran

The 2006 Tiara 4300 Sovran is a 43-foot fiberglass cruiser built with the IPS propulsion system in mind. Twin Volvo IPS 500 engines deliver 370 horsepower each and have logged 930 hours. The boat features a wide 14.75-foot beam that supports a functional interior layout centered around two staterooms and two heads. A hardtop with hatches shelters the upper cockpit, which includes an integrated cooling and heating system, teak steering wheel, bow spotlight, and a 52-inch integrated swim platform with a slide-out stainless steel ladder.

Below deck, the master stateroom has a centerline berth with hydraulic under-berth storage and overhead cabinetry. The guest stateroom holds twin berths with quilted innerspring mattresses and a cedar-backed hanging locker with removable shelves. Teak and holly companionway steps lead to the main cabin, where teak and holly flooring runs throughout. A U-shaped dinette with seating for four to five sits to starboard with a flat-screen television and DVD player, and a second television with satellite capability occupies the master stateroom.

The galley features Corian countertops, two stainless steel undermount sinks with hot and cold water, upper and lower cabinetry, a two-burner electric cooktop, and a microwave-convection oven. An Isotherm refrigerator-freezer combination provides 4.6 cubic feet of refrigeration and 2.3 cubic feet of freezer space, wired for both AC and DC operation. The aft deck includes slantback canvas, a cockpit shower with hot and cold water, and a transoms storage compartment. A 375-gallon fuel capacity supports extended cruising. The boat is equipped with an Onan generator (890 hours), IPS joystick controls, a bow thruster, Bennett Marine trim tabs, and a comprehensive battery system with multiple charging and switching options.
