The 2007 Albin 45 Command Bridge is a fiberglass motor yacht with a substantial 45-foot length and nearly 16-foot beam, powered by twin 455-horsepower Caterpillar C7 diesel engines with 500 hours of operation and complete service records. The pilothouse design offers commanding visibility and functionality for extended cruising.
The layout includes two staterooms and two heads sharing a common shower, with a spacious salon and galley fitted with full appliances. Climate control spans the salon, staterooms, and bridge. The cockpit features a grill and sink, while both bridge and cockpit are finished in Sea Deck. Entertainment and navigation systems include twin 7216 Garmin multifunction displays with Fantom radar, Downscan imaging, NMEA2K tank gauges, autopilot, VHF, and backup camera; an engine room camera; and a Fusion stereo with JL Audio amplifiers and speakers.
Recent work includes yard service and a new canvas package completed in 2025. The 209-hour Westerbeke generator provides auxiliary power. An in-water survey was completed in January 2026.
