2007 American Tug 41

The 2007 American Tug 41 Valkyrie is a fiberglass trawler powered by a Cummins QSC 8.3L common rail diesel engine producing 540 horsepower. She cruises at 7.8 knots with a maximum speed of 16 knots. The hull is finished in Deep Ocean Blue with Imron MS 600 paint. Her beam measures 15.83 feet, providing stable, comfortable cruising.

The interior features two cabins and two heads. The salon and pilothouse are appointed with navy blue cabinetry and vinyl wood plank flooring, with the pilothouse offering a Bentley helm chair and excellent sightlines. The joinery and woodwork throughout are well-finished.

Navigation and systems are comprehensively equipped. Electronics include dual Garmin MFD displays with transducers, a Furuno TZtouch XL TZT13X multifunction display paired with a Furuno DRS4D-NXT 24-inch solid state Doppler radar with MARPA, Furuno autopilot, AIS, Airmar 200 WX wind station, and dual Garmin Cortex M1 VHF radios with wireless handset and dual ICOM M510 VHF radios. The boat carries a Northern Lights 8kw generator, 50-amp shorepower connection, Spectra Newport 400 MKII watermaker, dual 490-watt solar panels with Victron controller, dual Victron Multiplus II 3000VA inverter-chargers, Maretron system-wide monitoring with remote access, bow and stern thrusters, combination washer-dryer, and Starlink Gen 3 connectivity. Tender operations are supported by an electric Seawise davit system on the swim platform and a Steelhead 800 crane on the upper deck. A 2023 Aspen Carbon Cat T10 tender with Suzuki 20-horsepower engine is included.
