2007 Azimut 68E

The 2007 Azimut 68E is a 71-foot motor yacht with refined styling and substantial beam. Twin MAN diesel engines rated at 1360 horsepower each deliver a top speed of 32 knots and a cruising speed of 26 knots. The fiberglass hull spans nearly 18 feet, providing excellent stability and interior volume. The boat has undergone extensive mechanical and cosmetic work, including complete engine overhaul with 450 hours since major service, new turbochargers, new ZF transmission on one shaft with the other completely rebuilt, new propellers and drive shafts, new stern thruster, and rebuilt bow thruster.

The accommodations include five staterooms and five heads, with a full-beam master suite amidships. The galley features marble countertops, wood flooring, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and convection microwave oven. Refrigeration includes a main fridge-freezer and an additional flybridge unit with ice maker. Two Kohler generators—one new (80 hours) and one rebuilt (180 hours)—provide power, each rated at 21 kilowatts.

Recent updates throughout encompass new hull paint in light blue metallic, new carpeting, new window treatments, new bedding and custom foam mattresses, and new cabinetry hardware. The electronics suite is completely new, featuring a full Simrad package with 4G radar and new transducer. LED lighting systems, new A/V and media center, new air conditioning units with digital thermostats, and new plumbing complete the modernization. The flybridge includes a Bimini top, custom plexiglass windscreen with stainless frame, electric-hydraulic davit with 882-pound capacity, and ample seating for guests.
