The Azimut 68 Evolution is a proven design and one of the most successful flybridge motor yachts of its class. This 2007 example measures 70.8 feet with a beam of 17.75 feet and is built from fiberglass. Twin MAN V12 diesel engines producing 2,720 horsepower deliver a cruising speed of 15 knots and a maximum speed of approximately 19 knots. Engine hours stand at roughly 800 each. The yacht is fitted with bow and stern thrusters, twin large Kohler generators, and full air conditioning throughout.
The interior follows a galley-up layout with five cabins and five en-suite heads. Four guest cabins provide comfortable accommodation, complemented by a separate crew cabin. Headroom reaches 210 centimeters. The galley is equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, oven, microwave, and new domestic refrigeration with additional cold storage and freezer capacity. A washing machine and clothes dryer are installed for extended cruising.
The deck is laid in teak and maintained in excellent condition. Exterior upgrades include new upholstery, and the teak cockpit features a swim platform, electric gangway, deck shower, and cocktail table. New Raymarine chartplotters are fitted at both helm and flybridge positions. Navigation systems include GPS, autopilot, radar, depth sounder, speed log, and VHF radio.
In 2024, the underwater hull was professionally blasted to bare fiberglass and rebuilt with a complete new antifouling system. The teak decks and exterior finishes are in excellent condition, supported by a history of full-time professional maintenance. Safety equipment includes life raft, electric anchor windlass, and comprehensive fire and gas detection systems throughout.
