The 2007 Azimut 68S is a 68-foot fiberglass cruising yacht powered by twin MTU diesel engines producing 2,720 horsepower combined. The boat reaches speeds up to 37 knots and cruises comfortably at 33 knots, with 1,700 hours on the engines. Twin bow and stern thrusters, a joystick docking system, and a hydraulic swim platform make handling straightforward in close quarters. A large tender garage and hydraulic swim platform serve water-sports activities well.
The interior accommodates three staterooms and three heads, plus dedicated crew quarters with its own head and air conditioning. The salon features a generous sun roof and electric shade over the cockpit, with port and starboard windows for natural light. Entertainment systems include Bose audio indoors and JL Audio speakers outside, plus satellite television and pop-up TV in the salon. A Raymarine E140W displays navigation information at the helm.
Recent work includes new interior upholstery, a new Starlink internet system, upgraded JL Audio sound system, and fresh teak on the swim platform. Engine room systems have been renewed: new seacocks, hoses, cutlass bearings, impellers, halon system, and batteries. The generator received a new water pump. Bottom paint and topside paint are current, with exterior ceramic coating and treated teak. Core systems including MAN engines, generator, transmissions, hydraulic steering, trim tabs, and windlass have been serviced. Shafts and props were aligned, and a new air-conditioning unit was installed in the master stateroom.
