The 2007 Chris-Craft Corsair 36 is a fiberglass cruiser built on a modified Vee hull. Twin MerCruiser 496 engines, each producing 425 horsepower, deliver a cruising speed of 40 knots with a maximum hull speed of 55 knots. The inboard/outboard configuration with stern drives provides responsive handling. A bow thruster aids maneuvering in tight spaces.
Below deck, the yacht offers two cabins and one enclosed head. Air conditioning and heating maintain comfort, while a 5-kilowatt generator supports onboard systems. Fresh water is heated by a dedicated water heater. Navigation is managed by a Raymarine GPS chartplotter with depth finder.
The cockpit is well-equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, and sink. A full cover and Bimini top with Eisenglass enclosure protect the helm and seating areas. An electric windlass eases anchoring operations. Safety systems include a Fire Boy automatic Halon system and new CO/smoke detectors installed in February 2025.
Recent work completed in early 2025 includes $7,500 in teak refinishing, new exhaust hoses for the generator, repairs to the shower pump and midship bilge pump, and replacement detectors. The engines show 100 and 400 operating hours respectively; the generator has logged 465 hours.
