2007 Custom Boathouse 120' x 40'

This 120-foot custom boathouse was built in 2007 with a composite hull and measures 40 feet wide. The structure accommodates a water opening of 114 feet 8 inches long by 27 feet 4 inches wide, with a centerline height of 31 feet. It is equipped with 200-amp 120-volt electrical service.

The boathouse was constructed using steel, concrete, and vinyl materials. A 2023 survey is available upon request.
