2007 Edgewater 228CC

This 2007 Edgewater 228CC is a fiberglass sportfish built for coastal fishing and family cruising. The boat runs on a single 250-horsepower Yamaha engine, delivering a cruising speed of 28 knots and a top speed of 40 knots. Its 22.5-foot length and 8.5-foot beam provide a solid platform with high freeboard and a dry ride.

The boat has been recently re-powered with the Yamaha engine and includes a five-year manufacturer warranty. Following the re-power, a 20-hour break-in was completed. The original under-seat cooler was replaced with a new 65-quart RTIC model. A Dometic portable marine toilet was installed, and a Power Pole was added. The electronics, bilge pump, live well pump, and anchor have all been upgraded or replaced.

The boat was kept in dry stack storage from new, which has helped preserve its condition. The deck, bolsters, and seat cushions remain in strong condition. A three-sided Strata Glass enclosure is included.
