This 75-foot aluminum houseboat combines comfortable living space with entertaining capability. The layout includes four bedrooms—a king master, queen guest cabin, queen cuddy, and twin cuddy—along with two bathrooms. The main salon features a 75-inch flat screen TV with surround sound, a large reclining sectional, and a built-in dining island with seating for six and storage below. A full galley includes stainless-steel appliances: a 30-inch smooth-top electric range, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, full-size dishwasher, wine fridge, and a second wet bar on the upper deck with its own sink and storage.
Twin 4.3-liter Mercruiser engines power the boat, each controlled via MMC electronic controls. A 15-kilowatt Kohler generator provides shore power independence. The boat carries 200 gallons of fuel and fresh water, with a 160-gallon holding tank and two 19-gallon water heaters. Hydraulic bow and stern thrusters assist with docking. Climate control includes a 4-ton central heat and air system, and the structure features 6-inch taller walls with thermopane insulation.
The flybridge offers dual helm controls, seating, sun pads, a bimini top, and a radar arch. A 24-foot fiberglass party top with lights, fans, a TV, and speakers extends from the upper deck. The aft deck includes two fire pits and seating areas, a Weber grill, water slide with lake water pump, and two PWC ramps with winches. An inverter system with eight batteries provides 2800 watts of auxiliary power. The engines have approximately 687 hours of use. Full-size front-loading washer and dryer are installed.
