2007 Formula 400 Super Sport

This 2007 Formula 400 Super Sport is a 40-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Volvo D6 diesel engines rated at 700 hp combined. The engines show only 1,154 hours of operation. The boat cruises at 31 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 39 knots, with trim tabs and a Lewmar bow thruster for maneuverability. A Westerbeke 7.5 kw generator with 794 hours provides onboard power.

The yacht features two cabins and one head. The main saloon includes a large refrigerator, microwave oven, and central vacuum system. The head has a walk-in shower and Vacuflush toilet. The galley and living spaces are well-appointed for comfortable cruising.

Navigation and entertainment systems are comprehensive: a Raymarine E120 chart plotter with GPS, radar, and remote autopilot; KVH Tracvision M3 satellite TV compatible with both DirectTV and Dish Network; and dual Kenwood amplifiers for the stereo. The Volvo EVC control system manages shift and throttle with integrated engine monitoring for fuel consumption and diagnostics.

The boat benefits from recent maintenance: a new starboard drive installed in 2023 and bottom paint applied in 2021. Additional features include a depth sounder, ACR spotlight, compass, electric anchor windlass with dual station controls, 30-amp shore power inlet, air conditioning and heating (16,000 BTU), cockpit shower, swim deck ladder, and a full isinglass enclosure with winter aft cover. A three-axle road trailer is included.
