This 2007 Grand Banks 47 Heritage Classic is one of only 13 ever built. The boat is powered by twin Caterpillar C-9 diesel engines delivering 567 horsepower each, with a cruising speed of 18 to 20 knots and a top speed of 25 knots. The fiberglass hull measures 46 feet 10 inches long with a 15-foot 9-inch beam. A bow thruster aids maneuvering, and a built-in davit system handles tender deployment. The boat includes a 2017 Highfield 11-foot 2-inch dinghy with a serviced 20-horsepower Honda outboard.
The yacht features a spacious salon with a retracting television and seating that includes a custom Amish-built recliner and a recently recovered couch. The salon also contains a pullout double bed. Two staterooms each have walkaround queen beds with new mattresses and headboards, private heads with enclosed showers, and substantial storage including a large cedar closet in the aft cabin. A galley is equipped with a U-Line stainless steel ice maker and Sharp convection microwave. Freshwater capacity is 260 gallons, fuel capacity 600 gallons, and holding tank capacity 77 gallons.
Recent work includes replacement of exterior teak decking and a new 12.5-kilowatt Phasor generator installed in April 2026. Side decks were refurbished with regrooving and recaulking, and exterior rails and transom were revarnished in January 2026. The exhaust risers were replaced in June 2026. A major 2,000-hour engine service was completed in 2021 with routine service performed every 250 hours. Air-conditioning units in the salon and forward cabin were replaced in 2024 and 2022 respectively. The navigation suite includes Simrad VHF radio with AIS, satellite television, and dual helm stations on the lower deck and flybridge. Interior window coverings are new, and a Splendide washer-dryer combo was installed in January 2023.
