This 65-foot aluminum catamaran houseboat was built between 2000 and 2007 by a professional boat builder in Pembrokeshire. Designed as a full-time liveaboard, the boat underwent comprehensive refurbishment in 2021–2022, with approximately £80,000 invested in upgrades across all systems and accommodation spaces.
The interior spans three levels and includes a bright lounge with skylight and escape hatch, a fully fitted bespoke kitchen equipped with induction hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, three bedrooms with built-in storage, and a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower. Double-glazed marine aluminium windows throughout provide durability and insulation. The upper wheelhouse cabin features a helm station and access to the top deck, while the main deck offers a large rear entertaining and dining area with non-slip fibreglass decking.
Power comes from twin Ford Mermaid 6-cylinder marine diesel engines with approximately 200 running hours, each fed by dedicated 1,000-liter fuel tanks. The boat features an oil-fired heating system with 300-liter kerosene capacity, a Honda 5kVA generator, Victron 3kVA inverter, twin bow thrusters, Garmin chart plotter with VHF radio, 800-liter wastewater holding tank, and 600-liter fresh water capacity. Battery banks and shore power connections support extended cruising or stationary living.
Additional equipment includes an electric windlass with 25-kilogram anchor, life raft, safety gear throughout, and a 2.7-meter Seago dinghy tender. The boat draws approximately 780 millimeters and displaces roughly 32 tonnes.
