The 2007 Intrepid 323 Open is a 32-foot center console built on a solid fiberglass hull with a 9.5-foot beam. Powered by twin Mercury engines producing 550 horsepower, the boat reaches 45 knots at top speed and cruises at 35 knots. The design reflects Intrepid's offshore heritage, with a deep V hull engineered for a soft, dry ride across varying sea conditions.

The boat received a comprehensive refit in 2021 that covered both cosmetic and mechanical systems. The hull and deck were renewed with glossy finishes and well-maintained hardware. Seating, upholstery, and soft goods throughout the cockpit were refreshed. Helm systems and electronics were updated, along with wiring and mechanical components.
