The Mangusta 92 is a fiberglass motor yacht built to superyacht standards, measuring 92 feet in length with a 22-foot beam. Twin MTU diesel engines producing 4,900 horsepower drive the boat to a maximum speed of 38 knots, with a cruising speed of 30 knots. The design incorporates a Rolls Royce Kamewa water jet propulsion system, contributing to the yacht's shallow draft and strong seakeeping characteristics.

The interior features four cabins and four heads arranged in an open-plan layout.
