The Princess 21M is a 70-foot motor yacht built in 2007 by Princess Yachts, powered by twin MAN diesel engines of 1360 hp each with approximately 1,320 hours. The boat combines substantial interior volume with refined styling and long-range cruising capability. Twin MTU engines deliver a cruising speed of 25 knots and a maximum speed of 35 knots, supported by comprehensive navigation electronics including Furuno radar and plotter, Simrad autopilot, and bow and stern thrusters.
The main deck features an elevated dinette and fully equipped cocktail bar to port, with a generous galley to starboard fitted with a glass partition that switches between clear and opaque for flexible entertaining. Triple sliding glass doors open the full-beam saloon directly to the cockpit. Below deck are four guest cabins—two designated VICs—accommodating up to eight guests, plus a dedicated crew cabin aft. The flybridge offers seating for eight with generous sunbathing space and storage for a tender and waverunner.
The interior was fully refreshed in 2022 with renewed cabin wall coverings, headliners, and corridor flooring. The flybridge teak deck was renewed in 2023. In December 2024, the hull underwent complete bottom treatment, stripped to gelcoat and refinished with barrier protection, primer, and antifouling. March 2025 brought a full haul-out with antifouling reapplied, exterior polish, and servicing of main engines, generator, air conditioning, and all working systems. Main engine seawater hoses were replaced at that time. The generator underwent major internal overhaul in August 2023 and has accumulated approximately 4,800 hours since. An EMMA 4.20 meter tender with 50 hp Yamaha outboard is included.
