2007 Regal Commodore 4460

This 2007 Regal Commodore 4460 is a 44-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin MerCruiser 8.1S High Output engines producing 850 horsepower combined. With only 608 hours on the engines, the boat cruises at 25 to 28 knots and reaches a top speed of 35 to 38 knots. The exterior was professionally compounded, buffed, and polished in 2025 and has been kept in a covered slip.

The layout features two staterooms and two heads, with a full-beam mid-cabin guest stateroom and a forward master with island queen berth. The main salon includes teak and holly wood flooring, cherry interior trim, a convertible dinette, and climate control. The galley has a two-burner electric cooktop, microwave convection oven, and full refrigerator. Forward and aft heads each include VacuFlush toilets, with the forward head offering a separate shower stall.

Topside, the hardtop cockpit features a U-shaped seating area with table, a wet bar with sink and refrigerator, an ice maker, and a Kenyon electric grill. Twin thrusters (bow and stern) handle maneuvering, while a full Raymarine navigation suite provides GPS, radar, autopilot, and speed and depth instruments. Equipment includes an electric windlass with foot controls, extended swim platform with davit and electric winch, and a Kohler 7.3-kilowatt generator. A central vacuum system, four flatscreen televisions, and new sound system are installed throughout.

Recent upgrades include a new battery charger and generator battery installed in 2025, plus new anodes. An auto fire suppression system protects the engine room, and dual automatic bilge pumps provide redundancy.
