This 2007 Sumerset is a 75-foot aluminum houseboat built for extended cruising and comfortable living on Lake Powell. Powered by twin MerCruiser 5.7L V8 engines producing 300 horsepower with Bravo II drives, the boat features a Westerbeke 25KW generator, dual battery systems with chargers, and hydraulic steering. The aluminum hull measures 22 feet across the beam and is constructed with 3/16-inch plating.

The layout combines a 53-foot main cabin with a 10-foot front deck, 9-foot rear deck, and 3-foot swim platform. Interior accommodations include a master suite with motorized bed lift and corner soaking tub, a second full bath, and a cuddy cabin. The galley features granite countertops, glazed maple cabinetry, and a full suite of stainless appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, trash compactor, and refrigeration. Two heat pump systems provide climate control throughout.

Exterior appointments include anodized aluminum railings, fiberglass superstructures with canvas package, a 59-foot sundeck with roof bar, and a rear deck shower.
