2007 Sumerset Steelaway

The SteelAway is a 2007 Sumerset houseboat spanning 75 feet in length with a 22-foot beam. Built from 3/16-inch aluminum, it is powered by twin MerCruiser 5.7L V8 engines producing 300 horsepower each, paired with a Westerbeke 25KW generator. The hull features a spacious 53-foot cabin, a 10-foot front deck with anchor boxes and recessed gang plank, a 9-foot rear deck with shower and swim ladder, and a 3-foot swim platform. An upper sundeck spans 59 feet and includes a roof bar with integrated Sub-Zero refrigeration.

Interior accommodations comprise two full bathrooms with vanities and showers, plus a corner soaking tub in the master suite. The master bedroom includes a motorized bed lift. A cuddy cabin with vanity sink provides additional sleeping space. Throughout, glazed maple cabinetry, granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, and cedar-lined closets establish the finishes. The galley features an island bar, Maytag gas range, KitchenAid dishwasher and trash compactor, Sub-Zero refrigerator, undercounter icemaker, and Maytag microwave. A stacked 27-inch washer-dryer is installed.

Systems include dual HVAC heat pumps rated at 3.0 tons each, a Grundfos water pump, hydraulic steering, automatic bilge pump with high-water alarm, and an automatic Halon fire suppression system. A Pura UV water purifier and city water hookup are fitted. Electronics encompass a KingDome self-tracking satellite system, JVC 40-inch LCD television, Bose surround sound package, two ship-to-shore radios, depth finder, and navigation lights. Onboard fuel capacity totals 295 gallons with a 150-gallon waste tank and 19-gallon water heater.

Exterior details include anodized aluminum railings, fiberglass superstructures with canvas package, tinted thermopane windows and doors, outdoor carpeting on decks, and can lighting. A WaveRunner support with winch is mounted on the rear. Included amenities include life jackets, ring buoy, boat hook, and outdoor furniture.
