The 2007 Tiara 3900 Sovran is a 39-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 500 pod drives producing 370 horsepower each. The IPS system delivers improved fuel efficiency, reduced noise, and responsive handling, while joystick control simplifies docking and close-quarters maneuvering.
