2008 Back Cove 26

This 2008 Back Cove 26 is a fiberglass express cruiser powered by a single 260-horsepower Yammer diesel engine with conventional shaft drive. The engine shows 613 hours of use. The boat cruises at 25 knots and features a variable-speed bow thruster for maneuvering and single-handed operation.

Below deck, the yacht offers comfortable overnight accommodation with a spacious V-berth surrounded by American cherry cabinetry and woodwork. The galley is equipped with a built-in microwave, refrigerator, stainless steel sink, and Corian countertop. The head is fully enclosed with an electric fresh water toilet, molded white vanity, sink, and hand-held shower head with dry storage.

Climate control is provided by optional reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating. The boat includes an audio system with speakers inside and out. The bimini top and enclosure were updated in spring 2020, and the large aft bench seating was replaced with coordinating white cushions. The hull is painted Flag Blue.

The boat was originally kept in fresh water in Maryland and lift-stored until 2016. It has been inside-stored during winters for half its life. The engine and systems are in working order.
