2008 Bondway EX-11

This 2008 Bondway EX-11 is a 60-foot motor yacht with fiberglass hull powered by a single 215 hp Caterpillar diesel engine. The boat features a distinctive three-level design with silver-tinted panoramic windows across each deck, designed to maximize interior views while minimizing heat and sun exposure. The layout yields approximately 2,000 square feet of interior space—unusually generous for a yacht of this length—originally designed for the Hong Kong residential market.

The yacht accommodates four cabins and three heads. The layout separates guest and owner spaces: guests access three bedrooms, a sitting room with television, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and espresso machine, plus a full bathroom on their private level. The owners retain a private suite. Shared spaces include a BBQ deck, dining room, galley, main saloon, and exterior decks.

The boat was built in 2008 and spent its first ten years as a residence in Hong Kong. It was relocated to Phuket and has since been based in Langkawi. The current owners have maintained and updated the yacht during their ownership since 2019.
