The 2008 Carver 43 Super Sport is a diesel-powered flybridge yacht built on a fiberglass hull. Twin Volvo Penta engines producing 740 horsepower deliver a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 27 knots. The boat is equipped with trim tabs and IPS joystick control for responsive handling.
The interior layout centres around a full-beam salon on the main deck, positioned alongside the galley and dinette in a single open level ideal for hosting. Below, the forward master stateroom features a walk-around queen berth with ensuite head and separate shower. A guest stateroom with partial walk-around double berth and its own head with shower provides additional accommodation. A utility room and three-zone air conditioning round out the below-deck spaces.
Topside amenities include a factory hard-top, full bridge enclosure, and an elevated flybridge with ice maker and remote-controlled blinds. The yacht carries LED lighting with dimmer switches throughout and incorporates a galvanic isolator and shore power receptacles for electrical management.
Recent work includes a complete engine service and pod service performed in September 2023, along with fresh bottom paint and pod repainting. The 2024 upgrades encompass new SeaDek marine decking, 10,000 dollars invested in audio and video systems, salon flooring and stateroom carpeting, replacement galley fridge and freezer, new flybridge strata glass, replacement bilge and fresh water pumps, and fuel polishing.
