2008 Carver 47 Motor Yacht

The Carver 47 is a well-designed motor yacht built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Volvo diesel engines producing 870 horsepower. The boat features sleek styling with elongated salon windows that integrate with the hull form, complemented by a small cockpit suitable for boarding, swimming, or diving activities.

Interior accommodations include seven feet of headroom throughout. The full-beam master stateroom offers a walkaround queen berth, while a forward stateroom provides a double berth. The main salon is well appointed. Two heads serve the boat. Access to the fully enclosed sun deck comes through wing doors, and a transom door is fitted aft. Molded aft-deck stairs lead to the deck area.

The bridge is equipped with an optional hard-top featuring full enclosure, a centre glass window with windshield wiper, and forced air heat. The boat carries stern and bow thrusters, hydronic cabin heating, and reverse-cycle air conditioning. The Volvo diesel engines have low operating hours. An 11-foot Boston Whaler tender is included with an electric davit for launching and retrieval.
