2008 Catalina 350 MkII

The Catalina 350 MkII is a 35-foot fiberglass sloop built around practical cruising in mind. Powered by a 30-horsepower Universal diesel engine, it cruises at 6 knots and reaches a maximum speed of 7.5 knots. The hull features a lead keel and benefits from the brand's robust construction standards. Wide, heavy-duty weather decks and a stern rail facilitate movement around the boat, while the electric anchor windlass with deep rode locker handles ground tackle efficiently.

Below deck, two cabins provide sleeping quarters, with the forward owner's stateroom featuring a large island berth. The single head includes an enclosed dedicated shower. The salon offers nearly 7 feet of headroom and opens onto a well-appointed galley equipped with double stainless steel sink, refrigeration, and a two-burner propane stove with oven. Interior woodwork combines teak and maple throughout.

The boat's sail plan includes an in-mast furling mainsail and long genoa tracks for precise headsail trim, backed by a wide, heavy-duty main sheet traveler. A spacious social cockpit with fiberglass table serves as the center of deck activity, complemented by a large cockpit locker for storage.

Recent upgrades enhance systems reliability: a newer 4D house battery bank, 2000-watt inverter, bilge pump, and air conditioning pump with strainer. Navigation is handled by a Raymarine suite of electronics. The boat carries full ABYC compliance and walk-through transom access.
