2008 Chaparral 236 SSX

This 2008 Chaparral 236 SSX is a 24-foot fiberglass runabout powered by a MerCruiser 350 MAG engine with 300 hp and Bravo III dual-prop drive. The boat has been used exclusively in freshwater and has only 430 hours on the engine. Recent service includes a new impeller and fuel filter, and the engine has received professional maintenance throughout its life.

The layout combines open, airy seating with practical storage. Notable features include a stowable table top, enclosed head with porta-potty, Garmin GPS navigation system, dual batteries with onboard charger, and a high-tech dashboard with square-bezel digital gauges. A wakeboard tower with inward-folding racks and Bimini top was installed in 2023, along with custom windshield tinting.

The SSX series is known for its blend of sport boat styling and deck boat roominess. Wide bow walkthrough areas make boarding easy, and the hull design is built on Chaparral's Extended V-Plane running surface. A 2017 trailer is included with the boat, along with various extras: VHF radio, dock lines, fenders, ski and life jackets, knee board, and towables.
