The 2008 Formula 292 FASTech is a 29-foot fiberglass cruiser built around Formula's FAS3TECH hull design, which combines a reinforced structure with a multiplane configuration engineered for high-speed stability and a controlled ride. Twin MerCruiser 6.2L engines producing 640 horsepower push the boat to 70 mph and deliver the performance-focused character the model is known for. The design balances aggressive, racing-inspired lines with practical cruising capability.
The helm features a Silver Diamond Metallic Imron finish and stands out with carbon fiber instrument panels, Livorsi Monster gauges, chrome controls, and a matching performance steering wheel. The cabin includes an Ultraleather lounge with metallic silver accents, brushed metallic cabinetry, Black Quartz Corian counters, and a stainless steel sink, along with ambient lighting and surround sound. A galley and head complete the accommodation space.
The engines have undergone recent service work including fuel system refresh with new FSM modules and fuel rail service, while the motors were pulled for bilge inspection. Starters and alternators were replaced as part of this maintenance. The boat runs on Bravo drives with four-blade stainless propellers, and is equipped with docking lights and fresh-water engine flush. A 2021 Rocket Aluminum tandem trailer is included.
