2008 Formula 40 Performance Cruiser

This 2008 Formula 40 Performance Cruiser is a 40-foot fiberglass cruiser built for both capability and comfort. Twin Volvo Penta diesel engines deliver 740 horsepower, with joystick-controlled pod drives that offer superior maneuverability and fuel efficiency. Recent service work includes a new port long-block engine installed in 2021, alongside regular maintenance of both engines, pods, and generator. The 2022 refit brought a new 12-inch Axiom multifunction display and 18-inch Quantum radar, along with replacement of the fresh water pump, four new batteries, a new starter, and a new bilge pump. The 2024 season saw installation of a new 7-inch Raymarine chartplotter for engine data monitoring. Additional upgrades through 2025 include new underwater lights, a new steering cable at the helm, new cabin AC, new generator battery, and ongoing annual engine and pod servicing. The boat also carries updated Raymarin navigation electronics for GPS, radar, and engine monitoring.
