The 2008 Maverick 21 Master Angler is a fiberglass flats boat built for shallow-water fishing and recreational cruising. Powered by a 2015 Mercury 225 ProXS engine with Torque Master lower unit, it delivers capable performance in its class. The boat underwent a comprehensive refit in April 2022 that addressed all major systems. In January 2026, the hull received professional wet sanding, buffing, and ceramic coating.
Navigation and electronics include a new Simrad GO9 XSE chartplotter and a Fusion RA670 head unit. Dual Lumitec underwater lights (white and green) are fitted, along with an Atlas 6-inch jack plate and Lenco trim tabs for shallow-water operation. A Power-Pole 8-foot Pro Series II anchoring system with S-2-3 bracket secures the boat in position. New batteries are installed throughout.
The interior features custom upholstery in diamond white with black accents, and a powder-coated black Birdsall backrest. A custom red backlit switch panel with stainless BocaTech push-button switches controls systems. Audio comes from a JL Audio sound system with six speakers. New livewell and bilge pumps support fishing operations, and the electrical system was completely rewired during the refit. An anchor, chain, line, and rope are included.
