2008 Sea Ray 38 Sundancer

This 2008 Sea Ray 38 Sundancer is a 40-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin MerCruiser engines producing 740 horsepower combined. The boat combines the brand's signature styling with practical cruising capability, featuring a bow thruster for maneuvering in tight spaces and a robust suite of navigation equipment including autopilot, GPS, and VHF radio.

The cabin layout includes two double berths and a twin berth, accommodating family and guests for extended stays. A full galley is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop. Climate control is maintained through air conditioning and heating, with a 7kW Kohler generator providing independent power. The head features a VacuFlush system, and a central vacuum system adds convenience throughout.

The cockpit is designed for entertaining, with a large table and wet bar, while the forward deck includes a sun pad with rails. Additional equipment comprises an underwater lighting system, davit system with anchor windlass, macerator with seacock interlock, and an ACR spotlight.

Recent service completed in August 2025 included spark plug replacement with compression testing, transmission and engine servicing, generator maintenance, new bilge and sump pumps, bottom paint, and new zincs. Additional updates since 2020 include a custom swim step with telescopic ladder, a Caframo bilge heater, and a new Lewmar anchor.
