This 2008 Southport 26 is a center console built on a fiberglass and composite hull with chemically bonded stringers, designed for serious fishing and day trips. Twin Yamaha 250 outboards deliver 500 total horsepower, with a cruising speed of 30 knots and a top speed of 40 knots. The boat's construction uses no wood — all fiberglass and composite materials throughout the hull, cockpit, and deck.

The layout prioritizes working space and fish storage. The centerline livewell holds 45 gallons, with twin 45-gallon fishboxes forward and an insulated bait tray. An integrated sink, 38-gallon fishbox, and transom door with boarding platform support day-to-day fishing operations. The forward seating area allows room for casting from the bow, while an oversized T-top provides shade and mounting for outriggers.
