The 2008 Sunseeker Manhattan 70 is a 73-foot flybridge motor yacht powered by twin MAN diesel engines producing 2,720 horsepower. She reaches a maximum speed of 30 knots and cruises at 20 knots. The fiberglass hull and superstructure carry the refined proportions Sunseeker is known for, with an expansive flybridge and multiple exterior deck spaces designed for entertaining and relaxation.
The interior accommodates eight guests across four cabins on the lower deck: a full-beam master suite with dressing area and sofa, a forward VIP suite, a convertible twin/double guest cabin, and a twin bunk cabin—all with en-suite bathrooms finished in stone and parquet. A separate crew quarters aft sleeps two with private facilities and transom access. The saloon features opposing leather sofas, a dining area with parquet flooring, and large hull windows. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning serves the entire yacht. The galley is open and well-equipped with American-style refrigeration, dishwasher, oven, and hob. Entertainment systems include a motorized flatscreen television in the saloon and dedicated TVs throughout the accommodations.
Recent work completed in 2024 includes GRP restoration of the exterior, new synthetic teak decking across all exterior spaces, upgraded navigation electronics, and replacement of propellers, shaft seals, and cutlass bearings. In 2025, the engines, gearboxes, and generators received full mechanical service, with fresh antifoul and annual machinery maintenance completed. The twin Kohler generators (23 kW and 13 kW) provide independent power, supported by dual battery chargers and 220/240-volt systems with shore power connection.
The flybridge features a stone-topped wet bar with grill and icemaker, dining table, sun pads, and lounge seating. The aft deck includes a foldable dining table and bar unit. Additional equipment includes a 4-meter hydraulic passerelle, hydraulic bathing platform, bow and stern thrusters, Lewmar windlass, 2023 Raymarine navigation package with touchscreen plotter and autopilot, watermaker, and full safety certification for 17 persons under Category B.
