2008 Tiara Yachts 3500 Sovran

The 2008 Tiara 3500 Sovran is a 35-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Volvo diesel IPS-400 engines producing 600 horsepower combined. The boat features IPS joystick control for intuitive maneuvering and delivers smooth, fuel-efficient cruising. Recent engine service completed in June 2025 included replacement of fuel, raw water, and air coolers on both engines, replacement of one starter motor, and full service on both Volvo engines and the generator.

The yacht accommodates overnight cruising with a master stateroom featuring a pedestal berth with inner spring mattress, cedar-lined hanging lockers, and ample storage. The main salon is bright and open, with natural light from two skylights, four large stainless steel opening ports, and a smoked Plexiglas companionway hatch. A sofa converts to upper and lower sleeping berths. The galley includes a two-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, NovaKool refrigerator/freezer, and Corian countertops. The single head features a fiberglass shower with glass door, Corian vanity, and Vacuflush toilet.

The climate-controlled upper and lower cockpits provide comfortable outdoor spaces. The upper cockpit includes a wet bar and custom teak table; the lower cockpit has wraparound lounge seating and a large swim platform with integrated steps and slide-out stainless steel ladder. Additional features include a foredeck sunpad, cockpit mooring cover, and hot and cold cockpit shower.

Navigation and entertainment systems include twin Raymarine E120 color displays, 4KW open array digital radar, autopilot, VHF radio, and remote spotlight. The yacht is equipped with a 9.5kW Onan diesel generator with sound shield, 26,000 BTU upper cockpit air conditioning, 18,000 BTU cabin air conditioning, Bose stereo with DVD, and television displays in the aft lounge and master stateroom.
