This 2008 Viking 52 Convertible is a composite-hulled fishing and cruising boat powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines producing 2,000 hp combined. The boat was built for the European market and equipped with 240V shore power. It features a bow thruster and trim tabs for handling.
The interior layout includes three cabins and two heads. The master stateroom is expansive, and the forward cabin has a VIP crossover berth. The galley and accommodations are fitted with dual inside refrigerators and dual outside refrigerators, an induction cooktop, wine cooler, ice maker, washer, and dryer. A watermaker supplies fresh water, and the boat includes a live well, tuna tubes, large fish box, and ice chipper for fishing.
From 2020 onwards, the boat received significant upgrades. New navigation equipment was installed, including dual Furuno TZT 15-inch screens, Furuno radar, autopilot, and fly engine controllers. The refrigeration, galley appliances, and entertainment systems were renewed, along with new cushions throughout. In 2023, the electrical system was updated with a Victron battery charger and eight new house and start batteries, and the anchor winch engine was replaced. A second watermaker was also installed.
