2009 Contender 33 Tournament

The 2009 Contender 33 Tournament is a high-performance sportfish built on a deep-vee hull with a 34-foot-5-inch length and 9-foot-8-inch beam designed to handle triple-engine configurations. This model pairs a commanding center console layout with distinctive fishing-focused features, including a leaning post, integrated console seating forward, and multiple livewells — twin above-deck units standard, with optional below-deck capacity bringing the total to four wells. The hull incorporates finished hatches using a two-part mold with completed gel coat surfacing.

The boat is powered by three Yamaha 300-horsepower engines with approximately 200 hours of running time and warranty coverage through 2027. Navigation and control systems include dual Garmin NSS 12 evo2 touchscreen units paired with autopilot and radar. Steering and controls are new, along with a fresh VHF radio, illuminated switch panel, and a JL audio system throughout. Additional functional upgrades include a new freshwater washdown system with replaced pumps and a Sionyx night vision camera with light bar.

The boat has undergone significant refinishing work. The hull was stripped, repainted in light blue, barrier-coated, and bottom-painted. The T-top was removed and refinished to match. All interior upholstery is new. The deck is outfitted with a tackle station and helm chairs to support serious fishing operations.
