This 96-foot auxiliary sailing yacht was built in 2009 by Steve Ward & Co in Perth, Australia, with naval architecture by Dubois and interior design by Rhoades Young. The aluminum-hulled boat is powered by a single 318-horsepower Scania diesel engine driving a variable-pitch propeller, with a cruising speed of 10.5 knots and a range of 2,300 nautical miles. The yacht carries a comprehensive sail wardrobe including a 565-square-meter gennaker, main, genoa, and blade sails, all new in 2022, supported by modern Raymarine navigation and sailing instrumentation throughout.

The exterior prioritizes open-air living with a sheltered cockpit lounge featuring opposing U-shaped seating around tables, shaded by a bimini and protected by a transparent screen that can fully enclose the space. The aft deck offers generous sun lounging, and a hydraulic folding swim platform integrates seamlessly with the transom. Forward, additional lounging space sits between the winches, while a 445 Williams jet tender stows on the foredeck during passages.

The interior centers on a raised saloon with panoramic windows overlooking the sea, formal dining to port, and a spacious second saloon below with a television lounge and additional seating. The accommodation layout includes six guest berths across three cabins: an expansive owner's suite spanning the full beam with seating, marble bathroom, and vanity, plus a twin cabin to port and double cabin to starboard, each with ensuite facilities. Additional crew quarters accommodate up to four staff members. Six heads and comprehensive galley facilities support the onboard lifestyle.

Recent major works completed in winter 2024 and 2025 include a complete air conditioning system replacement, all freshwater piping upgrades, new generators installed in 2022, full engine overhaul in 2022, comprehensive rig service and new sails in 2022, dual Starlink satellite receivers, interior refurbishment with new appliances, and extensive systems servicing throughout.
