This 2009 Custom PaceBoat 60 is a fiberglass houseboat built in Hong Kong with a 17.42-foot beam. Twin Yu Chai six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engines, each rated at 175 horsepower, power the boat to a cruising speed of 6 knots. A 17.5 kVA Onan generator provides auxiliary power. The batteries were replaced in April 2024 with ACDELCO units, and the engines and generator have been serviced with new fuel and pump filters installed.
The main deck features an open kitchen and dining area with recently renovated galley cabinetry and new appliances, opening to a covered terrace and swim platform. A large sundeck occupies the fore. The mezzanine deck serves as office space, while the top deck provides both indoor and outdoor areas. New air conditioning cools the accommodations quickly.
Below deck are four cabins with three heads. Two double suite bedrooms include en-suite toilets; two additional guest cabins have bunk beds. The boat is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Stainless steel guardrails run throughout, and the teak has been sanded and re-sealed. Vinyl panels have been replaced in the galley, heads, and cabins, and most aesthetic furnishings have been refurbished.
The refurbishment was completed in February 2026.
