This 2009 Itama Forty is a 43-foot open sportive cruiser built on an Italian design recognized for its timeless lines and sea-keeping abilities. Twin MAN diesel engines producing 900 horsepower drive the boat, which has accumulated approximately 750 engine hours. The fiberglass hull measures 13 feet across the beam.
The accommodation includes one head and three refrigerators, with two units positioned externally. The boat is outfitted with a fixed VHF radio, Raymarine Axiom 12 GPS with engine room camera, and a Fusion audio system with new speakers. Bow and stern thrusters are installed. Navigation and safety equipment includes a 20 kg Trefoil anchor with 75 meters of 8mm chain.
Significant maintenance and upgrades have been completed in recent years. The hull received a full paint job in 2022. Engine work included overhaul of heat exchangers, replacement of seawater pumps, repair of hydraulic seals and stuffing boxes, and service of fuel injectors and injection pump in 2023. Engine removal in 2021 allowed replacement of oil pan gaskets and shaft seals. New upholstery was installed in 2023, along with replacement inverter and batteries. Recent additions include new courtesy lighting, swim platform ladder, and fender boards. An engine room survey camera and boarding ladder are included. Full service documentation is available.
