The 2009 Jupiter 39 Express is a fiberglass sportfisher powered by three Mercury 400 Verado engines producing 1,200 total horsepower. The boat was repowered from its original Yamaha engines to the Mercury setup, which brought significant performance gains alongside a weight reduction. Three complete propeller sets are aboard, including spare hubs, allowing for optimization across different sea conditions and loads.
The yacht accommodates two cabins and one head. The interior received a complete cabinetry refinish in 2026, and exterior upholstery was replaced that same year. A Samsung television was installed in the cabin in 2024. The electrical system was upgraded in 2022 with new 120-volt and 12-volt panels, rocker switches, and shore power breakers.
Navigation and electronics include dual Garmin displays (7616xsv and 7612xsv), a 12-kilowatt Radar open array, Garmin VHF radio, autopilot, and a FLIR thermal camera. A 4,000-watt inverter supports the systems. A 2021 Fischer Panda 8 Mini DP diesel generator with 150 hours runs a custom 28-gallon diesel tank installed to support updated air conditioning units in both helm and cabin areas. Onboard entertainment features a Fusion stereo system with three remotes and removable bow speakers.
Deck and anchor systems include a 2021 Lewmar bow thruster, a new windlass with foot controls, and freshwater wash down in the anchor locker. The boat carries three anchors with 100 feet of stainless rode. A Lenco electric auto-trim tab system with dual rams was upgraded in 2021. Starlink satellite connectivity and WiFi were added in 2023.
