This 50-foot Marquis 500 Sport Bridge is powered by three Volvo Penta diesel engines with IPS rotating pod drives, delivering 1,125 horsepower for a cruising speed of 19 knots and a top speed of 24 knots. The pod drive system provides joystick-controlled maneuverability, quiet operation, and improved fuel efficiency compared to traditional shaft drives. The hull is fiberglass, and the design features a low-profile sport bridge with dual helm stations—one on the flybridge and a fully equipped salon station below.
The layout accommodates three cabins and two heads. An innovative aft bulkhead door system connects the galley, salon, cockpit, and swim platform as a single social level. Outdoor spaces include a triple-wide foredeck lounge, bridge seating, an aft sun pad, and a hydraulically extending transom to increase cockpit area. Interior finishes feature custom exotic hardwood cabinetry throughout. Amenities include a galley grill, icemaker, washer/dryer, and a hydraulic swim platform.
Recent maintenance and upgrades completed in 2024 and early 2025 include serviced engines and all three pods, rebuilt heads, new interior salon upholstery, new starboard salon air conditioning unit, replaced bilge pumps, platform hydraulic pump and motor, ISO transformers, galley refrigerator and icemaker, wine cooler, and salon television. Exterior seating has been recovered with new covers, bimini, and sunscreens. Electronics were upgraded with Garmin multifunction displays, autopilot, and digital engine displays. Bottom paint and propeller protection were applied. Starlink has been installed.
