2009 Prout 45S

This 2009 Prout 45S is a 45-foot fiberglass catamaran built to the brand's premium standards. Twin 80 hp Nanni/Kubota diesel engines power the boat, fitted with Twin Disc Sea Prop 60 Sail Drives and three-blade bronze Max Props. The design prioritizes both ocean-crossing capability and onboard comfort, with robust hull construction, molded watertight bulkheads, and extensive storage throughout.

The layout centers on a galley positioned in the middle of the boat, connecting three cabin spaces and two heads. The owner's suite features a queen bed, full head with separate shower, and a work station with vanity. Two additional guest staterooms and a second guest head with separate shower complete the accommodation plan. The main salon includes a dedicated navigation station and work area alongside separate seating zones, while a generous cockpit with full enclosure and a beach deck platform extend the living space.

The yacht has seen recent maintenance and upgrades: the sea drives were replaced in 2014 and serviced in 2024, standing rigging was replaced in 2016, and a bottom job was completed in 2024.
