2009 Rapsody 36

This 2009 Rapsody 36 is a 39-foot motor yacht built in fiberglass with twin Volvo D4-260 diesel engines producing 520 horsepower combined. The boat is outfitted with a joystick docking system for responsive, intuitive helm control, complemented by digital displays, trim tabs, and a bow thruster. Navigation and communication are handled by Raymarine electronics including a chartplotter, autopilot, and VHF radio.

The interior accommodates two cabins plus a separate head with electric toilet and shower. The owner's cabin features entertainment including a television and radio/CD player, along with individual climate control. A well-equipped galley includes a ceramic cooktop and refrigeration, with a 40-liter hot water system. The cockpit is open and sociable, with comfortable seating and galley access.

Power systems include a Mastervolt inverter, battery charger, and generator all replaced in 2022, ensuring reliable onboard electricity. Heating is provided by a Webasto diesel heater. The boat carries an electric anchor winch with stainless steel chain and Delta anchor, along with amenities such as sun deck cushions, windscreen wipers, and a Fusion radio system.

The hull and underwater surfaces received full attention in 2020 with fresh International paint system and anti-fouling applied. A comprehensive refit was completed in 2022, and the galley cooler was replaced in 2025. The boat has approximately 800 engine hours on the twin motors.
