The 2009 Regal Commodore 4060 is a 40-foot fiberglass cruiser powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 500G gasoline engines producing 750 horsepower combined. The inboard pod drive system features joystick docking control for responsive handling. A Kohler 7.3kW generator provides onboard power, and the IPS pods were recently serviced and resealed.
Below deck, the yacht accommodates guests across a master cabin with queen-sized bed and hanging lockers, and a guest cabin with convertible twin or queen sleeping configuration. Both cabins feature sliding pocket doors and portholes. Two full heads with showers, marine toilets, and sinks serve the accommodation spaces. The galley includes a new refrigerator and freezer installed in 2025, a two-burner stove, microwave, and ample storage. The main salon has comfortable seating with a convertible sofa bed, an entertainment system, and natural light from two portholes. Climate control throughout includes three air conditioning units with heating capability.
Recent upgrades enhance both functionality and ambiance. The cockpit received a new stereo head unit in 2024, and new upholstery was fitted to cockpit seating. Six Lumishore SMX94 multicolor underwater lights offer smartphone control. An onboard propane grill sits in the cockpit. Within the last several years, the boat has had its Volvo Penta exhaust hoses, high-pressure fuel pumps, seawater pumps, exhaust manifolds, and hot water heater replaced.
A West Marine RIB-310 double-floor rigid inflatable with a Tohatsu 15 HP motor and low hours is included with the yacht.
