The 2009 Rinker 340 Express Cruiser is a 35-foot fiberglass express cruiser built for coastal cruising and weekend getaways. Powered by twin Volvo engines producing 540 horsepower combined, the boat delivers strong performance and range. The design accommodates up to eight people, with comfortable sleeping for six in the cabin and additional cockpit seating. A single head with hot-water shower serves the living spaces.
The helm is well-equipped for navigation and control. A Simrad GO9 chartplotter, MerCruiser VesselView 7 SmartCraft display, and Simrad Halo 24+ radar with integrated fish finder and depth sounder provide comprehensive situational awareness. Joystick docking, Skyhook virtual anchoring, autopilot, and full Axius control simplify operation, including single-handed maneuvering. A Fusion stereo with three zones and cockpit speakers rounds out the electronics suite.
Below deck, full air conditioning and heating keep the cabin comfortable. The galley includes a stovetop, microwave, and two refrigerators—one in the cabin and one in the cockpit. A hot-water shower and enclosed head manage daily needs. Topside, an outdoor grill and deck shower on the swim step add to the boat's functionality. Power systems include three house batteries, two Renogy solar panels with MPPT controller, and a Kohler 7.4 kW generator to run all systems at anchor.
Recent work includes a new water heater, new floodlight, and a macerator pump. The engines, systems, and equipment have been serviced regularly throughout ownership, with comprehensive maintenance records on file.
