The 2009 Sea Ray 230 Sundeck is a 24-foot fiberglass bowrider built for families who want capacity, comfort, and performance in a trailerable package. Powered by a MerCruiser 5.0L engine rated at 260 horsepower, it combines the responsiveness of a sport boat with the entertaining space of a larger cruiser. The hull features a 21-degree deadrise for a balanced ride.
The open layout prioritizes guest accommodation and relaxation. Plush bow lounges convert to a sun pad, while the helm has two swiveling bucket seats with flip-up bolsters for driver and co-pilot. The large cockpit lounge serves as a sun pad with adjustable backrest, and an aft-facing transom bench provides additional seating at the stern. A walk-through windshield allows easy bow access and unobstructed views, with a bow block-off door for wind protection while running.
Convenience features are standard throughout. An enclosed head compartment, bimini top, snap-in carpet, and bow boarding ladder come fitted. Storage is abundant: a cavernous floor locker with gas-assisted lid and mildew-resistant matting, a large compartment under the transom bench for wakeboards and water skis, and storage beneath the helm and hinged lounge cushions. A carry-on cooler has dedicated storage accessible without moving guests. Eight cup holders and a cockpit table round out the setup. Standard equipment includes a Clarion AM/FM stereo with CD player and SmartCraft diagnostics with Vessel Control System integrated into the steering wheel.
The engine was replaced in 2020. An aluminum EZ Loader trailer, also new in 2020, is included with the boat.
