The KSENIA 149 is a 56-foot composite catamaran built for long-distance cruising. She carries a rotating carbon mast, dyneema rigging, and Antal winches including one electric winch, along with a carbon steering wheel and a full complement of sails. Twin 42-horsepower Craftsman diesel engines with folding propellers deliver reliable power, and both engines show low running hours.
The three-cabin layout dedicates one hull to the owner, with a spacious owner's suite that includes a large ensuite bathroom. A second cabin and office desk occupy the remaining accommodation space. The boat is fitted with dual lithium battery banks plus dedicated starter batteries for the engines and generator, supporting extended cruising independence.
The standing rigging was replaced in 2021, shrouds have been recently renewed, and the engines have been regularly maintained. The design and systems throughout reflect a boat prepared and equipped for serious offshore voyaging.
