The 2010 North Pacific 43 Pilothouse is a fiberglass coastal cruiser built on a proven hull design. She is powered by a single Cummins QSB 380-horsepower diesel engine with 1282 hours logged, offering a cruising speed of 7 knots and maximum speed of 11 knots. The engine room features dual Racor filtration, a dripless shaft seal, and an oil change system. Fuel capacity is 400 gallons, water capacity 400 gallons.
Onboard systems include a Northern Lights 9kW generator, 3000-watt inverter/charger, and a diesel hydronic heating system with four zones. The pilothouse and flybridge are both equipped with helm stations. Navigation electronics comprise a 12-inch Garmin GPSMap 8612xsv, Garmin Fantom 18 radar, Garmin Reactor 40 autopilot, Garmin GMI display, and Em-trak Class B AIS on an NMEA 2000 network. The boat has bow and stern thrusters, hydraulic steering, and trim tabs. A fully enclosed rear cockpit (used once) spans the transom.
The interior features warm teak joinery with two staterooms—an island master berth and a guest cabin—a salon with L-shaped convertible seating, a galley with electric stove/oven and combined fridge/freezer, a separate shower compartment, electric head, and washer/dryer. Wide side decks, a covered cockpit, and swim platform complete the deck layout. A SeaWise transom davit system handles a Bulldog aluminum tender powered by a Honda 9.9-horsepower outboard.
Ground tackle consists of a new 33-kilogram Rocna anchor, 300 feet of chain, and an electric windlass. The boat carries full cruising readiness for extended passages and comfortable dockside living.
