The 2010 Tiara 3900 Open is a 39-foot fiberglass cruiser built around a dual-purpose design that bridges luxury yacht and capable sportfisher. Powered by twin Cummins QSC 600 diesel engines producing 1,200 horsepower combined, the boat delivers the smooth, quiet operation Tiara owners expect. The engines have logged approximately 1,100 hours and have undergone significant recent maintenance, including new aftercoolers, injectors, fuel coolers, and gear coolers, with valves adjusted in 2023.

The open layout centers on an oversized cockpit featuring in-deck fish boxes that provide storage and dual functionality, a transom door suited for fishing operations, and mezzanine-style seating aft for relaxed entertaining. Below, the cabin combines teak cabinetry with a nearly full-length skylight that brings in natural light. The galley sits behind a partition with a flat-screen television, and a U-shaped dinette converts to sleeping berth space.

Recent upgrades span 2022 through 2025 and include a full electrical refresh with new house batteries, Victron battery monitor, and PSS shaft seals. Navigation and entertainment systems feature twin Furuno TZ2 15-inch multifunction displays, Simrad autopilot with gauge integration, ICOM VHF with AIS, and Starlink connectivity. The galley includes a Vitifrigo all-in-one refrigerator and freezer units plus a microwave.
